Twisting Pull Along
The Polar B Twisting Pull Along is a small wooden toy with a big job: giving a new walker a reason to keep moving. Three animals sit on the toy, and as your child walks and pulls the string, they waddle and twist together. Toddlers watch the animals respond to their own movement, and that keeps them going.
It's a gentle, friendly toy that fits easily into everyday play, whether that's a walk round the living room, a trip down the passage or an adventure in the garden. There are no batteries, lights or screens. The play comes from your child's own movement and imagination, and the animals can go on walks, visit friends or come along on whatever story your child invents.

What the OT Says:
As an occupational therapist, I love pull-along toys because they turn walking into a game. Toddlers who are still building confidence on their feet often move with more purpose when they have something to pull along. Walking with a pull toy encourages an upright posture, steady weight-shifting from one leg to the other, and a natural rhythm to each step. That's gross motor practice that happens without anyone calling it practice.
The pull string asks a lot of your child's hands, too. They need to grasp it and keep hold while walking, and many children will switch hands or hold the string with both. That's early bilateral coordination in action. Looking back to check on the animals builds visual attention and hand-eye coordination, and turning corners or steering around furniture supports motor planning and body awareness. The light resistance of pulling also gives helpful proprioceptive feedback through the arm and shoulder, which many young children find organising.
The waddling animals make the cause and effect very clear: I pull, they move. That feedback keeps toddlers engaged and motivated to keep walking. It also opens up imaginative play and language, from animal names and sounds to action words like "go", "stop" and "walk". Every child will use it a little differently, and some will love carrying or hugging the animals before they pull them. It's worth supervising play with the string, especially while new walkers are still a little wobbly.

I bought this ice cream counter for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. She and her 5 year old sister absolutely LOVE playing with this. Their mother's reaction was 'WHAT a hit!' The younger one loves to stack and place, the colourful and sturdy pieces, in out of the slots of the counter and this will develop into proper pretend play as she gets older. I can see both girls playing with their ice cream counter for years to come as it will have a long shelf life due to both the quality of the parts and the play interest for a broad age group of children.

I bought this outdoor easel for my son, and it has been an amazing addition to our garden playtime. The quality is excellent, and it's sturdy enough to withstand active play outdoors. My son loves spending hours drawing, painting, and using his imagination.

I absolutely love this puzzle, and have purched multiple ones as gifts. It is well crafted, and the wood is neatly rounded off. I'll be honest I've never played the game guidlines included, and rather use it as a catalyst in my creative processes. I love the fact that there are no rules to this, and the opportunity to use it as an expressive tool. My tiny human loves it too, and can play endlessly with captivated imagination.
