How much do you charge for delivery?

Standard delivery is FREE for orders over R850.

-- Pickup available from our Store in Bellville: Free

-- Standard Delivery to Local Areas (Cape Town): R55

-- Standard Delivery to Main Centres: R69

--Standard Delivery to Regional Areas: R119

Please take note of the following:

-- You'll receive your tracking number and estimated time of arrival via email

-- All orders are sent by courier

-- Delivery services are door-to-door, no post boxes please.

For collection customers: 

-- You will be notified when order is ready for collection. Please be advised that your order will not be released by our staff without the notification. Our collection times are between 8:00 and 15:00 - Monday to Friday.

How does delivery work?

Your parcel is packed and dispatched as soon as your order is confirmed. Depending on the time the order is placed, it may be dispactched on the same day, or the following business day. A confirmation email with a tracking number is then sent to each customer. The tracking number can be used to track the parcel at any time throughout the delivery process.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver throughout South Africa.

When can you expect you order?

The below time frames are our standard delivery times. If you have an urgent order, please contact us to make special arrangements.

-- Local: 2-3 working days

-- Main Centres: 2-3 working days

-- Regional: 5-8 working days (Couriers tend to visit these areas only on particular days of the week)

Do you deliver to the Post Office or to a P.O. Box?


What happens if I have listed the wrong address or want to change the address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change/correct the address. Please contact us at and quote your order number and
supply us with the correct address.

We will unfortunately not be able to change the address once the order has been dispatched and any additional charge to correct the order will be for the customer’s account.

Collecting your order?

Please note, if an order is not collected from Tiny Tree Toys within 14 working days, a handling fee of 15% will be charged.

Can I return my product?

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item. We have a 14 calendar day return policy after recieving your order to request a full refund or exchange. Return costs are for the buyer’s account unless goods were faulty. The fee will be deducted from the refund or we will send you an invoice for bank transfer. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and in the original packaging. Products will not be eligible for refund or exchange if they have been partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, affixed, attached, joined, or added to, blended, or combined with, or embedded within, other goods or property. Products removed from and returned without packaging will not be refunded as they are rendered as unsuitable for re-sale.

Please note, items on promotion, clearance or end-of-range are not eligible for return or exchange. Only faulty products will be refunded or exchanged.

What process should I follow to return my product?

Please send an email to us at If your return is accepted, we will arrange collection with our
courier service. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email. You have the option to exchange your product for something else or request a full refund. Refunds will be processed via electronic payment and may take up 14 working days to process. Return costs are for the buyer’s account unless goods were faulty or the incorrect order was despatched. The fee will be deducted from the refund or we will send you an invoice for bank transfer. If gift voucher items are returned, the return will be processed in the form of a gift voucher.

What process should I follow if I have received a damaged product?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. Please send photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item - after which Tiny Tree Toys has the right to decline the return. If your product is defective, or you received the incorrect product, you may return it to Tiny Tree Toys within 7 working days of delivery. In the case of defective or incorrect product, exchanges or replacements are the responsibility of Tiny Tree Toys and the relevant supplier.

Tiny Tree Toys will pay for the collection charges of the item.
