I love the Pastel Bead Stacker because it grows with children. For toddlers, simply sliding the beads onto the pegs builds the small hand muscles needed for later writing, cutting, and self-care tasks. As they get older, children begin to use the copy cards, which challenges their visual perception, sequencing, and planning skills.
The different shapes and sizes add another layer of learning, kids quickly notice that not every bead fits everywhere, which encourages problem-solving and persistence. I often use this set in therapy to practice bilateral coordination (using both hands together) and attention to task. Parents love it too, because it looks beautiful while offering so many learning opportunities.

We are using this in therapy and I think the size and challenge is perfect for many of the kids we work with. One suggestion would be to add an extra one of each colour to make it more challenging - so if they get to the last one, it’s a bigger challenge to choose the correct colour when copying a pattern. Also in case any get lost. But overall, good quality and a lovely game

I’ve found it to be quite a challenge for many children, which makes it a great tool for developing spatial awareness and understanding positional concepts. With toddlers, I start by giving simple instructions, like “put the farmer in front of the barn” or “place the chicken behind the farmer.” With older children, the graded copy cards add an extra layer of difficulty as they copy the scenes independently.

My 18 month old, and my 3 year old both love playing with these piggy banks. They frequently ask for them. Sometimes we just feed the piggies the coins, but my older boy sorts the coins into the correct coloured pigs. He has also raced against a sand timer to fill them, and uses them in imaginative play. The boys can play with them at the same time, or alone (with supervision 😉). Such a versatile game. Well worth ordering!
